The bandhas (body locks) are a great way to get deeper into your yoga practice by creating alignment in the body, connecting mind, body, with breath, strengthen the core, quiet the mind, and increase flexibility. This instructional video will guide you on how to use two of the major bandhas to take your practice to the next level. (17 mins.)
