Vata Balancing: Evening Practice with Kyra Anastasia

Vata, the Dosha of air and ether, is responsible for mobility and movement. In order to find balance it needs grounding, stillness, and a consistent pace. The lightness of Vata requires slow sun salutations, steady movements and standing poses to connect us with the earth. We will use a consistent Ujjayi heating breath to build warmth and warrior poses to establish strength and solidity. This is the perfect online yoga practice to prepare you for a relaxing evening and a sound sleep. (30 mins.)
