This is a good class and Laura is one of my favorite instructors. If you require much alignment cues this one isn't for you. I loved the sequence and found it challenging enough - but jus thought that at times her cues weren't that great and I found myself needing to see the screen to figure out what to do. Otherwise - very nice class - I'll do it again.
