Slow centering flow with great instruction. Especially appreciated the emphasis on grounding through your feet and speading out through your baby toe.

Thank you, Heather, for your excellent instruction and warmth in these classes. You are a teacher's teacher. This class is especially helpful for me personally as I have a bunioned/hammer-toed foot that has been messing up the alignment of my hips. After doing this sequence, I feel not only more grounded on a physical level, but also more grounded, less anxious, and more positive about being able to work with my joints in a way that really helps.
