Yoga Class Description

Practice using the breath to gather your strength and create more internal support for your body. We will utilize Uddiyana Bandha to engage the deep abdomen and open the hips and the back body. The result will help you find the inner power it takes to access arm balances and hold your leg up. This class culminates in Eka Hasta Bhujasana and Astavakrasana. Have two blocks available.
