In this online yoga practice we will get into the hips, spine, and core to prepare the body for the fun arm balances Eka Pada Koundinyasana A & B. These two arm balances can be much more accessible than most if we know how to warm up for them, and where to place certain parts of our body. This practice will not only show you how to get into these poses, but just for some extra fun we'll also play around with the transition from A to B and then to chaturanga. It's playtime for our arm balances! Have a block available. (46 mins.)
Sean Gray's practice is focused on the expansion of all aspects of the self. By allowing our breath to bring awareness into our bodies and into our practices - within the movement, within the breath, within the stillness - we allow our practice to reflect the personal challenges we may have along our path of development and healing. It may be an uncomfortable ride from time to time, but there is no growth in comfort, and Sean doesn't step onto his mat to be comfortable.
