Yoga Class Description

Astavakrasana or eight angle pose, is a hip opener, arm balance and shoulder opener. This yoga pose requires core activation and awareness. This online yoga practice combines the openings and awareness necessary to embody the different variations of this pose. Even if the full expression isn't part of your current practice you can learn, enjoy and benefit from the stages along that lead up to it. Have a block available! (58 mins.)
