Yoga Class Description

This is one of the two class series to work toward handstand. This online yoga flow class will focus on opening the chest, shoulders and hamstrings, to get you closer to half handstand at the wall. With particular attention on hand alignment, you will go upside down to your capacity safely. Your body will thank you for the freedom you created in your shoulders and hamstrings, and your brain will be clearer by refreshing the circulation. Level 1-2 class filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes. Have two blocks and a strap available. (33 mins.)
