This is a great class for anyone beginning an ashtanga practice. It is only about an hour long and runs through many poses of the primary series. You should probably try one or two ashtanga classes before attempting this practice due to ashtanga's quick pace. It would be helpful to have 2 blocks for jump backs and jump throughs as well. Most advanced poses are probably wheel and full and half lotus.
