I enjoyed practicing this class on a leisurely afternoon. This class is suitable for beginners who want a gentle flow of the poses combined with deep breathing. The class has many twisting poses and stretching asanas including pada angushta (reclining big toe) and supta gomukha (reclining cow face) which are excellent stretches for hips, thighs, and hamstrings. I wish the instructor also included the cat and downward dog poses in the routine for a good practice of stretches. Overall I found this class simple yet deep, gentle yet mindful. Namaste.

Donia is a very knowledgeable instructor who offers tons of explanations in a pleasing tone. All poses are supine or seated. Lots of gentle twists and spinal releases.

I love this thicker thighed, thicker waisted yoga instructor! It is such an inspiration to see a larger woman teaching yoga. She will inspire those of us that are not near a toned size 10 to put on some yoga clothes and take her classes and feel great! Thank you for having her.
