Brand New Beginner - Class #5

This is the fifth of six classes in our Brand-New Beginner Series. This online yoga class builds on BNB #4 with additional modifications for the prone poses and a review of most of the standing and core-line strengthening postures. Instructor Johnny Gillespie introduces five additional postures, including downward facing dog. Note: Learn how to practice yoga step by step in our six-part Brand-New Beginner Series. Taught by Empowered Yoga founder Johnny Gillespie, the BNB Series includes foundational principles and postures with frequent review and modifications, making it accessible to all students. Before beginning the first class, please watch the free vignettes entitled "Introduction to Brand New Beginner Series" and "Setting Up Your Yoga Space." After the sixth class in the series, students will be prepared to move on to Empowered Yoga's Stationary Sequence class with Johnny Gillespie. (59 mins.)
