Postgame Recovery (3) - Sage Rountree's Yoga for Athletes Series
Join the Cornell University women's lacrosse team in a mellow online yoga for athletes practice appropriate for the morning after a tough game, or for anytime you are near a peak event. You will stay close to the floor in supported poses and twists, gently working the shoulders, spine, and hips, all while paying attention to the breath. Finish in legs up the wall, a great pose for recovery and mental resetting. You can use a yoga bolster or a pillow or two off the bed or couch for your prop. (55 mins.)
