Dynamic Warm-up, Core & Reclining Twists (5) - Sage Rountree's Yoga for Athletes Series

This is a great well-rounded online yoga for athletes class that is divided into three sections. The first is a dynamic warm-up to get your glutes firing and your whole body warm and ready to train using a dynamic series of lunges. You will improve core strength and balance as you move through a set of lunges and into Warrior III. The second section focuses on post-workout core and stretching. You will alternate strength poses and stretches in a series of planks from every orientation. Build strength and endurance while increasing your flexibility. The third section consists of a relaxing series of reclining twists to gently stretch the hips and legs.  (75 mins.)
