Diyana/Meditation (7) - Sage Rountree's Yoga for Athletes Series

In this flow yoga class, we move through moon salutations as a way to enter the flow state of diyana, or meditative awareness. That's followed by practice of half moon standing balance, a way to be aware of many actions at once, and a series of boat poses and backbends. We finish with lovely hip openers on the floor. Throughout, you'll learn tools for staying present in the face of intensity, a fantastic skill for sport and for life. (72 mins.)
