Take a novel approach to working your core in this online yoga class for athletes and everyone. We start with a slow warm-up on our backs, then move into some fun momentum-based core exercises. Work your balance in a mountain pose and warrior III flow, and continue to challenge your core muscles in bird dog and half-moon balance on the knee. Relax with supported backbends and twists before finding deep release in corpse pose. (75 mins.)
