Sacroiliac (SI) Joint (21) - Sage Rountree's Yoga for Athletes Series

In this online yoga class for athletes and everyone, we look for optimal function in the lower back, paying special attention to the sacroiliac joint. Start with standing poses, including lunges and twists, then move to the floor for mat work. You'll need a yoga block to enjoy supported bridge pose and find deep release for the psoas. (75 mins.)
