Face Your Fear (22) - Sage Rountree's Yoga for Athletes Series
In this online yoga class for athletes and everyone, we investigate the poses that scare us. Face your fear of falling, your fear of looking silly, your fear of vulnerability, and your fear of letting go. We play with balance, rolling like a ball; with sound, making silly faces with lion's breath; with standing on our hands in crow and handstand; with being open in camel pose and closed in plow pose; and with the scariest pose of all: corpse. Along the way, you'll unwind your hips and legs in an inverted position. (75 mins.)
