While playing 'Go Fish' this evening, my daughters (age 5 and 9) said, 'Look, Dad, we're sitting in half lotus'. They absolutely love Shana's class and ASK me if they can take it all the time. It keeps both girls attention and is a wonderful introduction to what will hopefully be a lifelong practice. Thanks, Shana, for sharing your gift with my family.
