This was an amazing class. I loved the slower pace of the flow, the focus on breath and alignment. The class had the the right amount of challenge, without being too intense and too easy. I am super excited to have discovered Ingrid! I hope she will add more classes to yogavibes soon. Blessings!

Ingrid is an excellent instructor. I've been practicing yoga for 3 years, and am an athletic person. I took her class for the first time this morning and loved it! It is a nice challenge and reminds me some of Yoga Shakti by Shiva Rea. This is definitely one of the best classes I've taken. Thanks so much Ingrid. If I ever make it to CA, I'll have to look you up.

Ingrid's class was a real pleasure to take. As a beginner, it was a challenge, but it helped me push myself and I found that I could do more than I thought. Ingrid also provided some good variations of poses for those that wanted to go deeper into a pose. I appreciate the slow progression of poses followed by a slightly faster progression and then an even faster progression while keeping the flow of the class going. This class will give you a great work out, break a sweat, while keeping a solid emphasis on breathing and living in the present. The savasana at the end is a wonderful end to a challenging yet rewarding class. I felt amazing upon completion and loved this class!

I enjoyed this class. Wonderful cues, tips and tricks. Fabulous ending. Although I felt there was an imbalance with the numerous standing postures focusing on the quad. With that many I felt like I needed more counter postures to stretch and extend the quad. Maybe more reminders of child's pose also. This is a tough class with lots of arm and leg work that needs more stretching to balance the strengthening.

I was lucky enough to be drawn back into yoga with the energy and magnetism of Ingrid's classes at Bluepoint. I've been waiting for a Vinyasa class to be posted since she made her way back to the west coast and this is truly a treat. The thoughtful sequence and seamless reminders throughout class provides a close to proximate experience. This is a challenging flow but incorporating of so many mindful quips and lessons that it's just as much a meditation through fun exertion. The class participants all seem well versed in the world of Ingrid and I now have a model to strive for. Seriously, is everyone in La Jolla a yogi? The savasana was definitely a treat and something that I always looked forward to in class; the soothing harmony of Ingrid's voice and contemplative insight. "We end where we began"... I look forward to future additions.
