Sage Rountree specializes in yoga for athletes and conducts workshops on that topic nationally. She is also on the faculty at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Her writing includes The Athlete's Guide to Yoga: An Integrated Approach to Strength, Flexibility, and Focus, The Athlete's Pocket Guide to Yoga: 50 Routines for Flexibility, Balance and Focus, and contributions to Runner's World and Yoga Journal online. An endurance sports coach, runner and triathlete herself, Sage's goal is to help her students find the connections between sport, yoga and living well.
