Laura Schneider
Laura Schneider has taught yoga in some of Orange County, California's top yoga studios and fitness clubs for over six years. Her yoga certifications are through Dianne Harman of Wellness Encounters and Erich Schiffmann and she continues to study with Shiva Rea, Dharma Mittra and Paul Grilley. With a background in kickboxing and running, Schneider's yoga classes are powerful, creative and fun. She is a current ambassador for Manduka yoga mats and is on the cover of the sports bra maker Kalyx Technologies' 2010 calendar.
