Denise Griffin Crowe was a senior teacher of the world famous Lotte Berk Method in New York City and Bridgehampton for more than eight years, and was in charge of the teacher training there. After the closing of The Lotte Berk Method, Denise used her experience to start her own business, Ealanta Exercise, a very successful exercise studio on Manhattan's Upper East Side. After the birth of her first daughter in 2006, Denise and her husband decided to move to Boston to be closer to family. Denise continues to build on her knowledge of movement and fitness by taking courses and workshops on anatomy, functional training, and client assessment through the American Council on Exercise and through her yoga and movement practice at exhale. She received a B.F.A. in Modern Dance with a minor in Ballet from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and danced professionally in New York City and for The Opera Company of Philadelphia.
