Christine Raffa
Raffa Yoga
Christine Raffa is the owner-operator of the Raffa Yoga and Raffa Neuromuscular
treatment center. She incorporates her expertise in functional rehabilitation,
soft tissue dysfunction and biomechanics into her teaching style. She is a
certified Forrest Yoga Instructor and assists at Forrest Yoga trainings
worldwide. In addition to her studies with Ana Forrest, Raffa has taken teacher
training programs with Baron Baptiste and Beryl Bender Birch.
