Honest Yoga
Danielle Vardakas-Duszko began dancing at age 3 and fell in love with yoga at age 15. Her practice created balance in her body and mind through her professional dance career, which included Hip Hop and Breakin. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University and the Tyler School of Art. Danielle is a registered yoga teacher with her E-RYT 200 and working on her RYT 500. She taught yoga for Oprah Winfrey's Minory Women's Conference in Arizona and for the cast of "Lovely Bones." After teaching at Verge Yoga Center, and having her teen yoga class win "Best of the Main Line," Danielle moved to Burlington, Vermont. Danielle's Vinyasa style incorporates principles of alignment with power flows and bliss energy. She was recently accepted to an Advanced Study of Yoga Sutras (The Krishnamacharya Healing Yoga Foundation) and an Anusara training with John Friend. Danielle is proud to be sponsored by "Be Present" and "Spiritual Gangster" clothing. She and her husband, yoga teacher and audio engineer, Scott Duszko, developed "Hip Hop Yoga" merging hip hop dance and music with flow yoga at Liberate Yoga & Music Festival. In addition, Danielle hosts 200-hour Honest Yoga teacher trainings.
