Pregnancy can be an amazing, beautiful time as your body changes to meet the demands of nourishing and nurturing the life growing inside you. Along the way, you may discover a need to allow your yoga practice to change to accommodate your current energy level and expanding belly.
You may find that the hard-core Vinyasa class that you have been taking is no longer appropriate for how you are feeling, or that your home studio does not offer prenatal yoga classes. And some days, venturing out to your regular class may simply seem unappealing.
