We are super-excited about our latest partnership with American yoga “pioneer” Cora Wen! Her funky style fuses her playfulness, anatomical precision, and Chinese Meridian magic. Cora sheds a refreshingly unique light on asana, while imparting ancient wisdom of the ages.
This first series of online yoga classes from Cora consists of short sequences that she carefully choreographed, each with a particular focus. Choose from one of these classes from Cora Wen:
Abdominal Series with “Onesies” – This 14-minute online yoga class is a progressive abdominal sequence that focuses on lower abdominals and the transverse abdominis.
